INSTRUCTOR BIOS Antonio began exploring the world of cheese while attending Hotel school in Italy . From there he took on all the role in the Hospitality biz; managed restaurants, bars and Italian goodies importers for as little as 25 years. Currently, When he’s not at the farm most often he can be found developing new cheeses or feeding it to friends and family. He's a firm advocate of farmstead cheese.
